Depending on the application and existing infrastructure, we offer you the right communication system. Whether centralised or decentralised - they ensure the connection and monitoring of terminal devices and offer interfaces to various external systems such as telephone systems, fire alarm systems, etc. As an integrated communication solution, they operate as intercom, public address and alarm systems in sectors such as rail and public transport, oil & gas, chemicals and petrochemicals, power generation and heavy industry, as well as for use in public areas such as rail and public transport.

VoIP-Com

The VoIP-Com system from ProCom is an IP-based communication system for high demands in critical infrastructures. Reliable communication is essential, especially in environments where the highest security requirements and harsh environments dominate. VoIP-Com operates as an intercom, public address and alarm system and can be networked via the existing standard Ethernet structure. The installation of additional transmission paths is mostly unnecessary.
The modern communication system is modular and fully scalable. For small to medium-sized systems, VoIP-Com operates without a central server, eliminating a single point of failure. Adapters allow the seamless integration of existing DVS-21 communication stations and the migration of existing public address systems, ensuring investment protection for existing installations. Interfaces to telephone systems, operational telecommunication systems, radio systems, fire and hazard detection systems, as well as various actuators and sensors are available.
With a variable transmission bandwidth of 100 Hz to 16 kHz, the ProCom VoIP-Com system guarantees very good voice quality even in noisy and problematic environments. Continuous monitoring of the entire system ensures a high level of reliability.

DVS-21

The DVS-21 is a PAGA solution that is specifically designed for the needs of industry and transportation companies, characterised by its solid and robust construction and technical concept. It can be deployed wherever quick, direct, and reliable communication is essential under harsh environmental conditions with high noise levels, dirty and dusty surroundings, heat and cold, and in potentially explosive areas. Large-scale public address systems can operate either in independently or in combination with intercom connections. Whether for announcements in quiet office spaces, on the production line of an industrial facility, or on warning announcements to employees, consistent high-quality with clear intelligibility is guaranteed.
